We craft MINGKÔU to be quietly transformative. If your ritual does not feel right, we offer a calm and unconditional refund — no questions asked.
The terms
- 30 days from delivery. You may request a full refund within 30 days of the date your order is delivered.
- Full refund to your original payment method. Refunds are issued in the original currency, to the original card or wallet used at checkout, within 5–10 business days of approval.
- No return shipping required. You may keep the 50g jar — partially used or otherwise. There is nothing to ship back to us.
- No restocking fees, no questions asked. Your refund covers the full product price including any taxes paid at checkout.
How to request a refund
Email hello@minimise.ai from the address used on your order. Include your order number and a short note — no further questions are required. We will reply within one business day and process the refund promptly.
Exclusions
This guarantee applies to orders placed directly through MINGKÔU. Orders purchased through third-party retailers should be returned through the retailer's own policy.
This policy is offered in addition to, and does not affect, any statutory consumer rights you may have in your country of residence.
